In the first half of 2025, China stands out as the country's largest trading partner. During this period, the trade volume between Uzbekistan and China reached 6.5 billion dollars.
This figure indicates that the country's total foreign trade turnover is around 37 billion dollars. According to the data from the Uzbekistan Statistics Committee, trade relations with China have strengthened further, and economic cooperation has reached a new level.
This serves the development of relations between the two countries. Additionally, Russia and Kazakhstan are also Uzbekistan's main trading partners, with their respective trade volumes amounting to 6 billion and 2.2 billion dollars.
In the first half of 2025, the smallest trade indicator was recorded with the United Arab Emirates, amounting to 554.3 million dollars. At the same time, among Uzbekistan's other trading partners, Turkey (1.3 billion dollars), South Korea (837.1 million dollars), Afghanistan (723.3 million dollars), France (709.9 million dollars), Germany (647.2 million dollars), and India (641.4 million dollars) also hold significant positions.
In international trade, these figures demonstrate Uzbekistan's aspiration for new markets and opportunities, as well as its determination to expand trade relations. Overall, the country's foreign economic relations continue to grow steadily, which serves to enhance Uzbekistan's position in the global market.
