As a result of monitoring activities conducted in Bukhara region, serious discussions and concerns arose among the local population. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
During an inspection carried out by the regional department of "Uzenergoinspeksiya," it was found that the AI-95 gasoline sold at the gas station owned by "M.N.P.S." LLC did not meet the state standard requirements. Laboratory analyses showed that the quality of the gasoline was below the required level.
This situation once again confirmed that there are dangerous problems in the fuel products market in Uzbekistan. Regulatory authorities drew up a special report on the violations and took strict measures against the gas station.
In particular, based on Article 43 of Law No. 940 of the Republic of Uzbekistan, an economic sanction was imposed in the amount of 50 percent of the value of the sold product, totaling 63 million soums. As a result of the inspection, the sale of low-quality fuel products was banned, and clear instructions were given to restore their quality.
Experts emphasize that such products negatively affect the health of the population and the operation of vehicles. According to the local community, this incident highlighted the need for continuous monitoring of gasoline quality and the implementation of laboratory inspections at every gas station.
State authorities continue to strengthen control against low-quality products and take strict measures. The situation identified in Bukhara demonstrated the necessity to further enhance quality control in fuel sales at the national level.
Experts recommend consumers to be vigilant, pay attention to product quality, and contact the relevant authorities in case of suspicious situations.
