In Uzbekistan, hot and dry weather for up to 10 days

From August 8 to 10, the climate conditions in almost all regions of Uzbekistan will remain unchanged. This was reported by Zamin.uz.

As noted by specialists from the O‘zgidromet center, in the coming days, the sky is expected to be mostly slightly cloudy and dry. On August 9, Friday, the air temperature across the country will be around 35-37 degrees in many places.

By the beginning of the week, in some areas, the temperature may rise further, reaching up to 40 degrees in the southern regions. Meteorologists assess this situation as natural and normal for the first ten days of August.

During the weekend, on August 10 and 11, the temperature will rise further, reaching around 37-40 degrees during the daytime. In some desert and steppe areas, the thermometer may rise to 42 degrees.

This requires caution when moving in hot weather. It is necessary to consider the risk of sunstroke and dehydration.

The wind speed will be around 7-12 meters per second, and on August 10, especially in the northern regions of the republic, the wind may strengthen, reaching 13-18 meters per second. This could lead to the occurrence of dust storms.

In the capital Tashkent, the weather will be relatively stable, with slightly cloudy and sunny days continuing. The wind will blow from the east at a speed of around 3-8 meters per second.

At night, the temperature will be 21-23 degrees, while during the day on August 8 it will be between 35-37 degrees, and on August 9-10 it will be between 37-39 degrees. Therefore, in the coming days, the weather will be hot and dry.

Due to the possibility of dust storms on windy days, especially children and the elderly should be cautious. It is recommended to protect oneself from the sun, drink more water, and avoid staying outdoors for long periods.

This kind of hot weather in the first ten days of August is considered natural. Adapting to the heat level of nature is our responsibility.
