According to the data from the National Statistics Committee as of January 1, 2025, there are a total of 48 theaters operating in Uzbekistan. This was reported by Zamin.uz.

When looking by regions, the highest number of theaters is in Tashkent city, which is 18. There are 5 theaters in Fergana region and 4 theaters in Samarkand region.

In the Republic of Karakalpakstan and Andijan regions, there are 3 theaters each. Additionally, there are 2 theaters operating in Bukhara, Jizzakh, Kashkadarya, Surkhandarya, and Khorezm regions.

Namangan region also has 2 theaters, while Navoi, Syrdarya, and Tashkent regions each have 1 theater operating.
