According to the National Statistics Committee, a total of 95,275 marriages were registered in Uzbekistan in the civil registry offices from January to June 2025. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
This figure shows a stable growth trend compared to the same period last year. Among men, the age distribution for marriage is as follows: those under 20 years old account for 1.4 percent, those between 20 and 30 years old account for 79.3 percent, those between 31 and 40 years old account for 13.2 percent, and men over 41 years old account for 6.1 percent.
It is evident from this data that a significant portion of men are getting married in the age range of 20 to 30 years. Among women, however, these figures are slightly different: women under 20 years old account for 34 percent, those between 20 and 30 years old account for 54.2 percent, those between 31 and 40 years old account for 9.1 percent, and women over 41 years old account for 2.7 percent.
This indicates that women are getting married slightly earlier than men on average. This information was provided by the National Statistics Committee.
