New opportunities are being introduced for admission to higher education in Uzbekistan. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
Starting from 2023, an additional opportunity will be created for applicants who have scored the minimum required points for admission but have not been able to enter any of their chosen five directions. From now on, they will be given the right to choose a sixth direction that meets their score but was not previously selected.
These changes are being implemented to help applicants achieve their goals and to make the education system more convenient and democratic. These innovations in the higher education admission system will expand educational opportunities for young people.
If an applicant does not get admitted to any of their initial choices, their highest score will be considered, and they will be given the opportunity to select another direction. This is an important support not only for applicants but also for their parents.
This procedure will make admission to education more fair and competitive. The new legislation and changes adopted by the state are aimed at developing the education system, and more directions and opportunities are expected to emerge in the future.
This will increase young people's interest in education and help them demonstrate themselves in their professional fields. At the same time, applicants will have new opportunities to fully showcase their knowledge and abilities.
