In Andijan region, serious measures were taken against a fuel station that had not passed the state calibration inspection. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
An inspection was conducted by the Andijan regional department of "O‘zenergoinspeksiya" at the fuel station belonging to the limited liability company “M.O.” in Marhamat district. During the inspection, it was found that the rules for distributing petroleum products were not followed, and several deficiencies were identified in the control system.
It was revealed that the fuel dispensers at this station had not undergone state calibration inspection, yet Ai-80 and Ai-92 types of gasoline were sold to consumers. This situation indicates a violation of legal requirements for operation.
As a result, in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, a fine of 90 million 400 thousand soums was imposed on this fuel station. The amount of the fine constitutes 50 percent of the value of the 20,660 liters of gasoline sold.
This measure not only serves to ensure public safety but also highlights the importance of strict compliance with legislation in the operation of fuel stations. Such control measures should be supported to guarantee quality and safe fuel supply for vehicle owners and passengers.
