Illegal construction in Yakkasaray caused soil displacement
In Yakkasaray district, Salar street, soil displacement occurred in neighboring houses as a result of illegal construction. This was reported by Zamin.uz.

This situation caused great concern among the local community. Due to the illegal construction, soil erosion and displacement were observed on the ground, damaging the yards of adjacent buildings.

Residents of the neighborhood appealed to law enforcement agencies for their safety. The incident took place in the area of multi-story buildings in the Dilbuloq neighborhood.

According to the construction inspection, the main part of this facility is being built based on project documents prepared by the “Lyuks Loyiha” limited liability company. The project was positively evaluated by the “Architecture and Urban Planning Council” as well as the state unitary enterprise “Urban Planning Documentation Expertise.”

Block A is officially registered with the Territorial Control Inspection for Construction and Housing and Communal Services of Tashkent city. This inspection has conducted more than 10 monitoring visits and issued 11 written instructions.

At the same time, the customer has been held administratively liable twice for non-compliance with construction standards. However, the situation with block G4 is different.

Although this block received a positive conclusion from the “Architecture and Urban Planning Council,” no official document was obtained from the “Urban Planning Documentation Expertise” state unitary enterprise. Therefore, block G4 is not officially registered and the construction works are considered illegal.

The inspection has informed law enforcement agencies about the situation. During the investigation, it was revealed that when the customer “O‘zkommaishiysavdo” LLC carried out excavation works for block G4, a malfunction occurred in the electrical transformer in the area.

This prevented the complete drainage of water from the excavation pit and caused the water level to rise. As a result, soil displacement occurred in the underground parking previously constructed by “Grand Capital” LLC.

This situation is causing slipping and dangerous conditions on the site. Currently, the construction inspection and other relevant authorities are closely monitoring the situation.

The neighborhood residents emphasize that this incident highlights the need for increased vigilance regarding construction control in the city, adherence to construction standards, and ensuring the safety of neighbors. Source: zamin.uz
