The National Statistics Committee has released the latest data on foreign tourists who visited Uzbekistan from January to July 2025. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
During this period, a total of 6.3 million foreign citizens visited our country for tourism purposes. According to the age composition of tourists, nearly half of them are between 31 and 55 years old.
According to precise data, the number of guests in this age group reached 3,196,729. This indicates that Uzbekistan is an attractive country for middle-aged tourists.
The age distribution is as follows: tourists aged 0 to 18 amount to 849,947, those aged 19 to 30 total 1,030,286. The largest group is tourists aged 31 to 55, numbering 3,196,729, while tourists aged 56 and older amount to 1,242,157.
According to analysts, tourists aged 31-55 are financially independent, lead an active lifestyle, and show great interest in historical and cultural monuments as well as healthy tourism. The large number of tourists in this age group is an important factor for the development of the tourism sector in our country.
This serves to improve infrastructure, create new routes, and meet the needs of tourists of various ages. It is expected that the flow of tourists will further increase by creating conveniences for tourists in the regions of Uzbekistan and improving the quality of services.
