Starting from September 1, 2025, significant changes will be introduced to the monthly salaries of heads of schools and preschool education institutions. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
According to the decree signed by the President titled “Additional measures to improve the efficiency of the management system in the field of preschool and school education,” the base tariff rate for directors of general secondary education institutions will increase by 20 percent. This change aims to improve the financial support of school leaders.
Additionally, the base tariff rate for deputy directors will be raised by 15 percent, which is an important measure aimed at increasing the value of their work. Social guarantees will also be strengthened for directors of preschool education organizations.
The base tariff rates for heads of preschool education institutions classified in groups I and II will be aligned with the rates of deputy directors of general secondary education institutions. This will serve to protect the rights and interests of leaders in the preschool education sector.
Furthermore, starting from January 1, 2026, directors and their deputies will receive additional bonuses based on performance indicators. Directors will have the opportunity to receive a bonus amounting to 20 percent of the base tariff rate, while deputies will be eligible for a 10 percent bonus.
These innovations are aimed at increasing the labor efficiency of leaders and further encouraging their activities. The information was obtained from the one.uz website.
