
At the conclusion of negotiations held in Beijing between Uzbekistan's President Shavkat Mirziyoyev and the President of the People's Republic of China Xi Jinping, a number of important documents were signed. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
These documents serve to further strengthen cooperation between the two countries. Among the signed documents, the cooperation program linking Uzbekistan's "Uzbekistan – 2030" strategy with China's "One Belt, One Road" initiative, an agreement on establishing cultural centers, and a cooperation agreement in the field of medicine are of particular importance.
Additionally, understandings were reached in areas such as technical-economic projects, compliance with phytosanitary requirements for exporting agricultural products, space technologies, digital economy, human resource development, and competition policy. Cooperation ties between the cities of Samarkand and Tianjin are also planned to be established.
