This indicator is an improvement compared to the 74th place recorded at the end of July this year. The Henley Passport Index evaluates 199 passports and 227 countries based on visa-free travel opportunities and is updated quarterly.

Currently, holders of the Uzbekistan passport have visa-free access to 62 countries. Mozambique (72nd place) and São Tomé and Príncipe (73rd place) are ranked close to Uzbekistan.

The highest position is held by the Singapore passport. Singapore citizens have visa-free travel access to 193 countries.

South Korea and Japan follow closely behind. The lowest ranks in the index are Iraq (96th place), Syria (97th place), and Afghanistan (98th place).
