Sentob village attracts tourists in Navoi
If you visit the ancient Sentob village in Navoi region, you can see stone houses and structures before your eyes. This was reported by Zamin.uz.

This village is not an ordinary place, but a unique spot where history, culture, and nature harmonize. Currently, Sentob has gained the status of a tourism village and increasingly attracts both local and foreign tourists.

About three thousand residents live in this village located in the Navoi mountains. Sentob is known for its beautiful nature, rich cultural heritage, and preserved national values.

Tourists who come here can enjoy the beautiful landscapes as well as see traces of ancient civilization. There are about twenty guest houses and three modern hotels operating in the village.

They provide comfort to tourists and offer national hospitality. One of Sentob’s distinctive features is its preserved historical architecture.

Therefore, visitors here can feel the lifestyle of people from ancient times. Another important advantage of Sentob is its geographical location.

Aydarkul, located 30 kilometers from the village, further enhances Sentob’s tourist appeal. Eight yurt camps have been established on the shore of the large lake, which can accommodate more than three thousand tourists at the same time.

According to official data, in 2024, more than 70 thousand foreign and nearly 450 thousand local tourists visited Aydarkul. This year, these figures slightly decreased, with over 50 thousand foreign and approximately 200 thousand local tourists recorded.

Today, Sentob village is not only one of the most interesting tourist destinations in Navoi region but also in the whole of Uzbekistan. This place, where history and nature unite, remains in the memory of every visitor for a long time.
