Strong magnetic storm expected on October 19
A strong magnetic storm may be observed in the territory of Uzbekistan in the coming hours. This was reported by Zamin.uz.

According to the Meteonova website, on October 19, geomagnetic activity is expected to be at the "dark orange level." Experts indicate that this activity may rise up to 4 points.

Especially, geomagnetic disturbances will intensify from 05:00 to 08:00 in the morning, then gradually decrease to 3 points. Magnetic storms are natural phenomena caused by the impact of solar activity on the Earth's magnetic field.

During such times, the human body, especially meteorologically sensitive individuals, is likely to be affected. Medical specialists emphasize that people with cardiovascular diseases, diabetes, nervous system disorders, or bronchial asthma may experience headaches, insomnia, fatigue, and increased heart rate.

Additionally, those sensitive to changes in weather and atmosphere, particularly the elderly, may feel discomfort. Experts recommend staying in a calm environment, drinking more water, and avoiding excessive stress on such days.

Some scientists also point out that magnetic storms can negatively affect electrical equipment, traffic systems, and satellite communications, besides impacting the human body. Therefore, informing the public in advance about natural processes is important.

Meteorologists state that such geomagnetic activity usually lasts 1-2 days and is safe for healthy individuals. However, it is advisable for people with weak health to reduce their workload and rest more during this time.

Overall, every change in nature is closely related to human health. Therefore, meteorologically sensitive people are advised to carefully monitor their condition and consult a doctor if necessary.
