In this list, Uzbekistan's national dish – Uzbek bread – also took a worthy place. According to the publication, Uzbek bread stands out not only for its taste but also for its appearance.
It is decorated with flowers, patterns, and special stamps. Baked traditionally in a tandoor, these breads have unique shapes and flavors in each region.
For example, breads from Tashkent, Samarkand, and Bukhara have their own distinct characteristics. Once prepared, the breads are delivered to markets and kitchens using special carriers.
