
A warning has been issued by the “O‘zgidromet” center under the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Uzbekistan regarding the mountainous areas of Tashkent region. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
According to experts, due to a sharp temperature change from November 5 to 7, there is a risk of avalanches in the mountainous areas of Tashkent region. In particular, dangerous situations may occur in the districts of Bo‘stonliq, Ohangaron, and Parkent, especially in parts of the Chotqol mountain range above 2000 meters.
Therefore, citizens are urged to take precautions, avoid approaching hazardous areas, and strictly follow safety rules. Vacationers and drivers are advised to remain vigilant on the roads.
Additionally, O‘zgidromet had previously warned about the possibility of strong winds in the Andijan, Namangan, and Fergana regions. In these situations, citizens are called upon to take necessary measures and closely monitor weather updates.
