
Deputy Commander of the Border Troops of the State Security Service of Uzbekistan, Colonel Bakhtiyor Mominovich Mansurov passed away on November 5, 2025, at the age of 68. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
Bakhtiyor Mansurov was born on February 27, 1957, in the city of Jizzakh. He dedicated nearly 40 years of his life to the Armed Forces of the Motherland, serving in various leadership positions within the Ministry of Defense and the Border Troops.
During his service, his loyalty, honesty, and dedication were recognized by many. Colonel Mansurov carried out important work in strengthening the material and technical base of the Border Troops, training young personnel, and modernizing the system.
For his services in the country's defense system, he was awarded the honorary title of “Honored Builder of the Republic of Uzbekistan” in 2024. According to his military colleagues and disciples, Bakhtiyor Mansurov will always be remembered as a loyal, determined, and selfless person devoted to the Motherland and the welfare of the people.
