New benefits for medical workers for housing

According to the presidential decree, new benefits will be introduced for medical and pharmaceutical workers with at least 15 years of service in state medical institutions. This was reported by Zamin.uz.

Under this benefit, each year 500 employees will have 25 percent of the initial payment for housing purchased through a mortgage loan covered by the state. This initiative will be implemented starting from January 1, 2026, and the funds will be provided from the Material Incentive and Development Fund of Medical Institutions.

Through this program, the process of purchasing housing will be significantly eased for medical workers who have worked for many years and have been dedicated to their work. This will not only improve their living conditions but also help motivate qualified personnel and support their long-term activity in the field.

According to official sources, the financial provision and implementation of the program will be strictly monitored. Additionally, all necessary documents will be arranged to ensure that interested employees can timely benefit from this privilege.

Through this initiative, special attention is being paid to strengthening the social protection of employees in the state medical sector and appreciating their labor.
