Today, the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Shavkat Mirziyoyev, is scheduled to visit Tashkent State Medical University. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
The head of state will closely familiarize himself with the educational processes and scientific research activities at the university. During the visit, state awards are also expected to be presented to employees working in the healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors.
These awards are given to recognize contributions to the development of the sector and to encourage employees. Additionally, the President will meet with the award recipients to discuss the results of sector reforms, existing challenges, and future priority directions.
