The autumn season has been a distinctive period of revival in Uzbekistan's tourism sector. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
In October 2025, 1,170,000 foreign tourists visited our country. This figure is 13.2 percent higher compared to the same period last year.
This information was announced by the Tourism Committee. Since the beginning of the year, more than 9.7 million foreign guests have visited Uzbekistan.
According to experts, these numbers are strengthening our country's position in global tourism. Uzbekistan continues to become one of the fastest-growing tourism centers in Central Asia.
The most popular destinations among tourists remain unchanged. The cities of Samarkand, Bukhara, Khiva, and Tashkent lead as the most visited places by foreign guests.
Additionally, interest in ecological and gastronomic tourism is increasing. In particular, the Fergana Valley and the natural beauties and regions rich in national cuisine in the southern part of the country are attracting tourists' attention.
