According to the Tashkent city administration, the funds obtained from commercial video filming in markets will be directed towards improving the infrastructure of trade complexes and beautifying the areas. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
This regulation does not apply to ordinary visitors. Regular buyers who come to the market can film their purchases or take photos with their families for free.
However, large bloggers or commercial filming studios operating in the market area for profit will be required to make the specified payment. The administration's statement emphasized that these measures are aimed at protecting the interests of the population, improving the infrastructure in markets, and facilitating trade processes.
It was also noted that filming groups working with special equipment in the market area sometimes cause excessive load on pedestrian walkways and administrative work. These measures are being implemented to maintain order in the markets and improve the trading environment.
The administration's goal is to create comfortable conditions for buyers and sellers.
