Diplomats from the European Union, youth, and volunteers organized a large ecological cleanup event in the Botanical Garden in the capital. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
This campaign was organized within the framework of the European Union's global ecology initiative — the Green Diplomacy Week. The event was aimed not only at protecting nature but also at promoting ecological culture among the public.
The Botanical Garden is considered one of the city's important natural sites. It hosts over 2,000 plant species, including rare and diverse flora specimens.
During the campaign, participants cleaned the garden area, arranged flower beds and pathways. They also collected waste, contributing to preserving the garden's natural beauty and biodiversity.
The main goal of this event was not only to tidy up the garden but also to increase the ecological responsibility of the population. Teaching the younger generation to protect nature and appreciate its wealth was also one of the important tasks.
European Union diplomats and volunteers paid special attention to responsible cooperation between humans and nature. Today, the Botanical Garden is becoming not only a place for recreation but also an important area serving the development of the city's ecological culture.
Through this event, the condition of the garden improved, and it remains a beautiful and inspiring place for everyone.
