290 billion soums spent on veterinary services
Citizens of Uzbekistan spent a total of 290.7 billion soums on veterinary services for animal treatment in the first ten months of 2025. This was reported by Zamin.uz.

This information was announced by the State Statistics Committee. During this period, the veterinary services market grew by 19 percent.

Residents of Tashkent city allocated the most funds for these services, with their expenses amounting to 161.8 billion soums. This figure accounts for more than half of the total expenditures.

Among the regions, Surxondaryo region leads with 61.2 billion soums. In other regions, the funds spent on veterinary services are considerably lower.

For example, in Sirdaryo region, this figure was only 0.9 billion soums. These numbers clearly show the demand for veterinary services and the differences across regions.
