
The Head of the Administration of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Saida Mirziyoyeva, paid a working visit to the Republic of Karakalpakstan and studied the new industrial enterprises that have started operating in the region. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
During the visit, she shared her views on the developments seen, the achieved results, and future opportunities. Mirziyoyeva emphasized that important work is being carried out to expand industrial sectors and develop modern production in Karakalpakstan.
The newly established facilities not only serve to increase the country's industrial potential but also make a significant contribution to the economic development of the region. During the visit, Saida Mirziyoyeva closely familiarized herself with the activities of “Karakalpak BasaltWool” LLC.
This enterprise specializes in the production of heat-insulating mineral boards made from basalt. She spoke with the company's specialists and received detailed information about the production processes and the achievements attained.
Mirziyoyeva noted that it is noteworthy that the localization level has reached 80 percent through the efficient use of local raw materials and supplies in production. This project ensures a number of positive changes for the region.
In particular, export potential will increase, new jobs will be created, employment will rise, and socio-economic stability will be strengthened. After the visit, Saida Mirziyoyeva expressed confidence that such large-scale projects being implemented in Karakalpakstan will serve the strategic development of the country's industry.
