Significant increase in geomagnetic activity is expected in Uzbekistan in the coming days. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
According to "Meteonova" data, strong magnetic storms will be observed in the country on November 27 and 28. These storms are rated with an "orange" danger level.
The magnetic storms are forecasted to last from 5:00 AM to 5:00 PM on November 27, with intensity reaching up to magnitude 4. Later, the strength is expected to decrease slightly to magnitude 3, but on November 28 it is expected to rise again to magnitude 4.
Experts emphasize that such geomagnetic activity can negatively affect people with cardiovascular diseases, nervous system disorders, diabetes, bronchial asthma, as well as those sensitive to weather changes. They may experience weakness, headaches, and blood pressure fluctuations.
Doctors recommend avoiding excessive physical and mental stress on such days, drinking more water, and paying special attention to rest.
