2025-2026 academic year winter holiday dates announced
The winter holiday dates for general secondary schools for the 2025-2026 academic year have been announced. This was reported by Zamin.uz.

According to the Ministry of Preschool and School Education, the winter holiday will begin on December 28. However, for primary school students (grades 1-4), the holiday will start one day earlier, on December 27.

The total duration of the winter holiday is 14 calendar days. The holiday will end on January 10, 2026.

Since January 11, 2026, falls on a day off, the third quarter classes will begin on January 12. This year’s holiday schedule has been arranged conveniently for both students and teachers.

Through this, schools aim to maintain the quality of the educational process and strive for future achievements. This holiday provides students not only with rest but also an opportunity to prepare well for the next stages.
