Additionally, December 31 – the working day before the New Year – will be shortened. On this day, employees may leave their workplace one hour earlier than usual.
This arrangement facilitates preparations for welcoming the New Year and enhances the festive mood. The distribution of working and rest days in December is set as follows: - For a 5-day workweek: 22 working days and 9 days off; - For a 6-day workweek: 26 working days and 5 days off.
