50% Discount for Students and Pupils for Winter Break

To ensure that students and pupils can travel comfortably to their permanent residences during the winter holidays, the Ministry of Transport, “Uzbekistan Railways” JSC, and “Uzbekistan Airways” JSC have introduced additional benefits. This was reported by Zamin.uz.

According to this benefit, from December 18, 2025, to January 12, 2026, all students and pupils will be able to purchase train and airline tickets with a 50% discount. The discount applies to all regions of the country – the Republic of Karakalpakstan, provinces, and the city of Tashkent.

This initiative aims to reduce travel expenses for pupils and students, as well as provide additional financial relief. At the same time, these measures serve to make passenger transport services more convenient and popular.

Officials emphasized that these benefits are important for young people to reach home safely, affordably, and comfortably. Additionally, at the end of the holidays, they will have the opportunity to return to their educational institutions on time.

Such support measures are aimed at further facilitating young people's participation in the educational process.
