
The Hydrometeorological Service Center of the Republic of Uzbekistan (Uzhydromet) has issued an official report on the weather conditions expected on December 8. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
According to the report, moist and cold air masses are expected to enter the territory of the country. This may cause a drop in temperature and precipitation in various regions.
In Tashkent city, the weather will be variable, with a chance of rain in some areas. The wind will change direction from east to west and blow at a speed of 3–8 m/s.
The temperature at night is expected to be 3–5 degrees Celsius warm, and during the day 5–7 degrees Celsius warm. In the Republic of Karakalpakstan and Khorezm region, the weather will be variable, but no precipitation is expected.
Fog may occur in some areas. The wind will blow from the west at a speed of 7–12 m/s.
The temperature at night will be 2–7 degrees Celsius cold, and during the day 3–8 degrees Celsius warm. In Bukhara and Navoi regions, the weather will be variable, with possible rain in some places.
There is also a possibility of fog. The temperature at night is expected to be 0–5 degrees Celsius warm, and during the day 8–13 degrees Celsius warm.
In Tashkent, Samarkand, Jizzakh, and Syrdarya regions, the weather will be variable, with possible rain in some areas. The temperature at night will be 2–7 degrees Celsius warm, and during the day 5–10 degrees Celsius warm.
In Kashkadarya region, rain is expected in some areas. The temperature at night will be 2–7 degrees Celsius warm, and during the day 12–17 degrees Celsius warm.
In Surkhandarya region, no precipitation is expected. The temperature at night will be 2–7 degrees Celsius warm, and during the day 12–17 degrees Celsius warm.
In Andijan, Namangan, and Fergana regions, rain and fog may occur in some places. The temperature at night will range from –2 degrees Celsius cold to +3 degrees Celsius warm, and during the day 6–11 degrees Celsius warm.
In mountainous areas, precipitation will be in the form of rain and snow. Heavy precipitation may occur in some places.
There is a risk of avalanches in Tashkent and Namangan regions. The temperature at night will be 1–6 degrees Celsius cold, and during the day 0–5 degrees Celsius warm.
