On weekends, it snows in most regions

Ozgidromet has announced the weather forecast for January 16–18. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
According to this information, precipitation, mainly in the form of snow, is expected in most parts of the republic during the weekend. Today, January 16, during the day and on the night leading into Saturday, rain is expected in most parts of the country, which will later turn into snow.
In the regions of the Fergana Valley, precipitation is likely to begin in the evening. The weather on Saturday, January 17, will be relatively stable.
Snowfall may occur in some areas, but it will not be heavy. No precipitation is expected in the Republic of Karakalpakstan and Khorezm region.
On Sunday, January 18, most parts of the country will be dry. Only at night and in the morning, some light snow may fall in certain places in the Navoi, Tashkent, Syrdarya, and Fergana Valley regions.
The temperature today during the day will be between 5–8 degrees Celsius above zero, while during the weekend it will be around 0–5 degrees Celsius above zero. At night, temperatures may drop from 3 degrees below zero to 2 degrees above zero.
Fog is expected in some areas. Wind speed will be 7–12 m/s, with a possibility of strengthening to 13–18 m/s in some places today.
Snowfall will occur intermittently in mountainous areas, and in some places it may be heavy. The risk of avalanches remains.
In Tashkent city, rain is expected today, which may turn into snow in the evening. Temperatures are expected to be between 6–8 degrees Celsius above zero.
On Saturday night and morning, rain and snow are possible, along with fog. On Sunday morning, some light snow may fall, but no precipitation is expected during the day.
