Helicopter tours will be launched in Samarkand

Starting from March 2024, helicopter air tours are planned to be organized in the Samarkand region. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
Zamon.uz reported on this matter. According to the information, Uzbekistan Helicopters company will initially conduct regional flights using two helicopters.
The air tours will cover the districts of Urgut, Kattaqo‘rg‘on, Nurobod, Ishtixon, and Bulung‘ur. According to Muhammad Mardonov, a representative of the regional tourism department, these routes will allow tourists to observe the region’s beautiful nature and attractions from above.
During the tours, tourists will be able to view the new recreational areas around the Kattaqo‘rg‘on reservoir and the al-Bukhari memorial complex. The starting price for the air tour services is expected to be 100 US dollars.
Additionally, with an increase in demand in the future, it is planned to increase the number of helicopters and organize additional flights.
