44 Uzbeks deported from the USA

44 Uzbek citizens who did not have the legal right to stay in the United States were deported from the country. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
The press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan announced this. It was noted that a special charter flight was organized as part of the deportation process, which took place on January 21.
Through this flight, the citizens were safely and orderly returned to their homeland. The flight was organized in close cooperation with the relevant US government agencies.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs assessed this event as a vivid example of practical cooperation between Uzbekistan and the United States. At the same time, it was emphasized that work continues to protect the rights and interests of citizens abroad, ensure their safety, and return them to their homeland when necessary.
