1 billion soums will be allocated to the 100 most active neighborhoods

The President has issued instructions to financially incentivize 100 neighborhoods that have effectively worked on creating jobs and increasing the population's income. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
It was decided to allocate 1 billion soums to each of these neighborhoods. This was announced at a meeting chaired by the President on January 23.
This measure aims to strengthen economic activity in the neighborhoods and improve the living standards of the population. At the meeting, it was emphasized that a system will be introduced to train deputy governors to work based on a "project-based approach."
This process will initially start with neighborhoods that are economically disadvantaged. A specific list of projects will be formed in each district, with priority given to implementing micro and small business initiatives.
At the same time, it is planned to reduce the initial price of vacant lands and state-owned facilities in these neighborhoods by 2-3 times and put them up for sale. This is intended to activate resources, attract investment, and stimulate the business environment.
Additionally, representatives of the 100 most active neighborhoods, namely deputy governors, will be sent on one-month advanced training courses to countries such as China, Turkey, Korea, and Malaysia. These study trips will serve to enhance their experience, strengthen practical skills, and apply modern approaches in the neighborhoods.
The President noted that deputy governors have gained sufficient experience in recent years and now must fully conduct their activities based on a "project-based approach." In this, each initiative will be evaluated with a clear plan, resources, timeline, and results.
These measures are aimed at ensuring economic growth in the neighborhoods.
