The weather will be cool on weekends in Uzbekistan

The weather in Uzbekistan is expected to be somewhat cool during the weekend. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
According to “Uzhydromet,” on February 20, dry and warm weather will persist in most regions. On this day, the temperature may rise to 20–25 degrees Celsius, which is typical not for the end of winter but rather for mid-spring.
Only in the Republic of Karakalpakstan, Khorezm region, and towards the evening in Bukhara and Navoi regions is there a chance of rain. In the northern parts of the republic, temperatures are expected to be around 8–13 degrees Celsius.
On February 21, moist and cool air flows will enter from the territory of Turkmenistan. On this day, except for Karakalpakstan and Khorezm regions, rain is possible in other areas, with thunderstorms in some places.
In the Fergana Valley, rain will mainly fall in the morning and during the first half of the day. In foothill and mountainous areas, rain and snow are expected, with precipitation possibly intensifying in some locations.
This increases the risk of floods and water overflow. Wind speeds will be around 7–12 m/s, with the possibility of strengthening up to 20–25 m/s in some areas.
During the day on February 21, temperatures will be around 9–14 degrees Celsius. On February 22, no precipitation is expected, and the weather will warm up again to 15–18 degrees Celsius.
During the weekend, fog may occur at night and in the morning in some areas. In Tashkent city, the temperature on February 20 is expected to be 22–24 degrees Celsius.
On the night and morning of February 21, rain and thunderstorms are possible. During the day, no precipitation is expected, and the temperature will be around 11–13 degrees Celsius.
On February 22, no precipitation is expected in Tashkent, but fog may occur. Temperatures are forecasted to be 3–5 degrees Celsius at night and 14–16 degrees Celsius during the day.
