An additional 200 million dollars will be allocated for youth
President Shavkat Mirziyoyev emphasized during a meeting with young people that every year 600 thousand young people enter the labor market, and by 2030 this figure may reach 1 million. This was reported by Zamin.uz.

For this reason, special emphasis was placed on the fact that creating decent jobs for young people is one of the most important tasks of the state. According to statistical data, one-third of participants in surveys conducted among young people expressed a desire to become entrepreneurs.

To support this interest of young people, it was announced that last year 400 million dollars were allocated to banks and the Youth Affairs Agency. Through these funds, the "Youth Business" and "Step into the Future" programs were implemented, and 15 thousand young people started their own businesses.

As a result, more than 50 thousand people were provided with employment. It was emphasized that each young entrepreneur also becomes a source of income for other families around them.

The President announced that an additional 200 million dollars will be allocated to further develop youth entrepreneurship. These funds are expected to stimulate new projects and serve to expand existing businesses.

In addition, the loan amount for self-employed young people will be increased from 100 million soums to 300 million soums. For large projects of young entrepreneurs, the credit limit may be raised from 5 billion soums to 10 billion soums.

It is also planned to introduce the possibility of allocating investments up to 100 thousand dollars for innovative startups. Furthermore, favorable financial conditions will be created for young people who want to open branches by acquiring franchises from local brands in the service and catering sectors.

This will allow young people to join an established business system and start their activities more quickly. In conclusion, at a time when the number of young people is increasing, expanding their opportunities for work, income, and business is an important step to strengthen the future.

The main task now is to ensure the fair and prompt implementation of these opportunities at the local level.
