28 February: Weather will be variable in Uzbekistan

While spring warmth will be felt in some areas, wind and coolness will be observed in others. According to meteorologists, the following forecasts have been announced.
**Tashkent city:** The weather in the capital will be variable. Daytime temperatures will be between 19–22 degrees Celsius, and nighttime temperatures around 7–10 degrees.
No precipitation is expected, but cloudiness may increase in the evening. Wind speed will be 5–10 m/s, with a possibility of strengthening to 12–14 m/s at times.
**Tashkent region:** Daytime temperatures will be 18–21 degrees Celsius, and nighttime temperatures 6–9 degrees. Short-term rain may occur in some districts, with a possibility of fog as well.
**Samarkand, Jizzakh, Syrdarya:** In these regions, daytime temperatures will be 17–21 degrees Celsius, and nighttime temperatures 5–9 degrees. The weather will mostly be dry, with wind speeds reaching up to 7–12 m/s.
**Bukhara and Navoi:** Daytime temperatures will be 16–20 degrees Celsius, and nighttime temperatures 4–8 degrees. In some places, wind speeds may increase up to 10–15 m/s, and dust storms may be observed in desert areas.
**Republic of Karakalpakstan:** The weather will be relatively cool. Daytime temperatures will be 8–13 degrees Celsius, and nighttime temperatures around 0–4 degrees.
Rainfall is possible in some areas, and mixed snow precipitation may occur in certain regions. Wind speed will be 9–14 m/s.
**Khorezm region:** Daytime temperatures will be 10–14 degrees, and nighttime temperatures 2–6 degrees. Cloudy weather will persist, with a chance of rain in some places.
**Kashkadarya and Surkhandarya:** The warmest weather will be observed in the southern regions. Daytime temperatures will be 22–26 degrees Celsius, and nighttime temperatures around 8–12 degrees.
The weather is expected to be mostly dry and sunny. **Andijan, Namangan, Fergana:** In the Fergana Valley regions, daytime temperatures will be 18–22 degrees Celsius, and nighttime temperatures 6–10 degrees.
No precipitation is expected, but fog may occur in some places. **Mountainous and hilly areas:** Rain and mixed snow precipitation may be observed in mountainous areas.
Daytime temperatures will be 7–12 degrees Celsius, and nighttime temperatures 0–5 degrees. The risk of avalanches remains.
