Samarkand, Bukhara and Khiva among the most beautiful cities of Asia

Three cities of Uzbekistan — Samarkand, Bukhara, and Khiva — have gained international recognition. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
The “National Geographic Traveler” magazine published in Poland included these cities among the 30 most beautiful cities in Asia. In her article, journalist Agnieszka Franus paid special attention to Uzbekistan's rich historical heritage and the architectural charm of the cities along the Great Silk Road.
The Registan ensemble, Shahi-Zinda, Bibi-Khanym Mosque, and Amir Timur’s mausoleum located in Samarkand are noted as world treasures. The Ark Fortress and ancient madrasahs in Bukhara reveal the city's rich history, while the Ichan-Kala complex in Khiva is highly valued as an open-air museum.
The magazine also acknowledged the conditions created for tourists. Safety, transport infrastructure, quality of services, and reasonable prices have made Uzbekistan a convenient destination for independent travel.
The hospitality of the local population was also specially emphasized in the article. Source: National Geographic Traveler magazine.
