Winter is returning to Uzbekistan instead of spring

Despite the beginning of the spring season in Uzbekistan, weather conditions are once again taking on characteristics typical of winter. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
Meteorologists forecast that from March 9, cold and humid air masses will enter the country's territory. As a result of these changes, precipitation is expected throughout the republic.
From March 9 to March 11, rain is expected in many areas, and in some places it may turn into snow. There is a possibility of heavy precipitation in mountainous and foothill regions.
Additionally, wind speeds are predicted to increase to 15 to 20 meters per second, and in some places up to 25 meters per second. A sharp drop in temperature is expected to continue from March 10 to March 12.
In northern regions, nighttime temperatures may drop to between -7 and -10 degrees Celsius, while daytime temperatures may range from 0 to 3 degrees below zero. In other regions, nighttime temperatures may be between 0 and -3 degrees Celsius, with daytime temperatures ranging from 2 to 5 degrees above zero.
Experts advise the population to prepare for the weather changes. Citizens should prepare warm clothing, check necessary supplies, and temporarily limit travel to mountainous areas.
It is also necessary to be cautious on the roads and increase vigilance when using vehicles. This information was published on the One.uz website.
