The Minister called on educators to be highly responsible toward children

The Minister of Preschool and School Education of the Republic of Uzbekistan, E'zoza Karimova, addressed all educators and teachers in our country. This was reported by Zamin.uz.

In her speech, the Minister specifically emphasized that every employee working in the education system must approach children with utmost kindness, care, and high responsibility. According to this appeal published on the Minister's official channel, every specialist involved in the upbringing of children should deeply feel how noble and responsible their assigned task is.

Every action, word, and attitude of a teacher directly affects a child's spiritual world and their formation as a future personality. Therefore, creating a healthy and safe environment in educational institutions is considered the primary duty of every employee.

Furthermore, educators were required to strictly adhere to professional codes of ethics, internal discipline, and the requirements of current legislation. It was warned that any cases of negligence, indifference, or irresponsibility must not be allowed, and appropriate measures will be taken within the framework of the law for such actions.

This appeal was published following recent incidents of negative attitudes and violations committed by educators towards children in some preschool education organizations. The Minister reminded once again that every employee in the education system must approach their work conscientiously, protect the rights and interests of children, and raise them with love and affection.
