Unstable weather conditions will be observed in the territory of Uzbekistan
According to the Uzhydromet agency, unstable weather conditions are expected across Uzbekistan on April 17. This was reported by Zamin.uz.

Rain may occur in some regions of the republic, and thunderstorms may be observed in certain areas. Overall, cool and humid air will persist across most of the country.

In the capital city of Tashkent, the weather will be variable, with a possibility of short-term rain and thunderstorms. The wind will blow from the east at speeds ranging from 3 to 8 meters per second.

Temperatures are expected to be around 9-11 degrees at night and 14-16 degrees during the day. In the Republic of Karakalpakstan and Khorezm region, the sky will be mostly cloudy, but no precipitation is expected.

The speed of the westerly wind will reach from 7 to 12 meters per second. Air temperatures will range from 5-10 degrees at night and 12-17 degrees during the day.

In Bukhara and Navoi regions, the weather will be mostly dry and variable, with no rain expected. The westerly wind will blow at speeds of 9 to 14 meters per second.

Temperatures will show 6-11 degrees at night and 15-20 degrees during the day. Weather conditions may be slightly unfavorable in Tashkent, Sirdaryo, Jizzakh, and Samarkand regions.

Short-term rain and thunderstorms will be observed in some areas. Wind speeds will range from 7 to 12 meters per second, with temperatures between 6-11 degrees at night and 13-18 degrees during the day.

In Kashkadarya and Surxondaryo regions, the weather will be relatively stable, and no precipitation is expected. Wind speeds will reach from 7 to 12 meters per second.

Air temperatures will show 6-11 degrees at night and 17-22 degrees during the day. In the Fergana Valley areas, specifically in Andijan, Namangan, and Fergana regions, there is a possibility of rain.

Along with short-term precipitation, thunderstorms may be observed in some places. The wind will blow at speeds of 5 to 10 meters per second, and temperatures will be around 8-13 degrees at night and 13-18 degrees during the day.

Weather conditions in mountainous areas will be more complex. Occasional rain may occur, and precipitation may turn into snow in high mountains.

Therefore, attention should be paid to the risk of mudflows and floods. Wind speeds will range from 7 to 12 meters per second, with temperatures from minus 3 to plus 2 degrees at night and plus 3 to 8 degrees during the day.

Uzhydromet specialists had previously warned that humid and cool air masses would enter the country between April 14-17. Consequently, cases of temperature drops, rainfall, and snowfall in the mountains are being recorded.

Specifically, it was reported that snow fell in the mountains of Zomin and Bakhmal districts of Jizzakh region on April 16.
