Social benefits will be provided to families of military personnel killed in Afghanistan

In accordance with Decree PF-62 signed by President Shavkat Mirziyoyev, significant changes and additions have been made to a number of normative legal acts. Zamin.uz reports on this.
Within the framework of these new decisions, additional social guarantees are being introduced for the family members of our citizens who perished during military operations in Afghanistan. According to the new regulations, a portion of the housing and communal services expenses for the parents and widows of military personnel belonging to this category will be covered by the state.
Such a measure serves to ease the daily living burden on families and further increase their level of social protection. This decision is regarded as part of a system of complex assistance measures aimed at the needy segments of society.
Such care and attention provided by the state will be a great support for the families of those who served. Experts consider these privileges not only as material aid, but as profound moral support.
Through such initiatives, the state demonstrates in practice its responsibility to its citizens and its respect for the families of those who sacrificed themselves in the defense of the homeland. The introduction of new privileges is an important step toward ensuring social justice and improving the living standards of service members' families.
These measures are based on the principles of consistency and humanitarianism in the state's social policy.
