Admission to the second specialization has started

The Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovations has announced the start of the admission process for the second specialty for the 2025/2026 academic year. The admission process will be conducted online through the my.edu.uz portal and will continue until August 10.

Citizens wishing to obtain a second or subsequent higher education can register online. The document submission process is simple and convenient: the user first enters their passport and JSHSHIR information into their personal account on the portal, then uploads the electronic copies of their diploma and its appendix.

Then, they select the higher education institution and the field they wish to study and submit the application. Education will be conducted on a full fee-paying basis, meaning that candidates will study at their own expense, not based on state orders.

Admission parameters are determined based on the scientific potential, material and technical base, and infrastructure of each higher education institution. The qualifications of professors and teachers, as well as the availability of classrooms and laboratories, are of great importance in ensuring the quality of education.
