Mutual cooperation, humanitarianism, and friendship among children are the main criteria of this initiative. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
With the proposal of the Federation of Trade Unions of Uzbekistan, 99 children from the Belgorod and Bryansk regions of Russia have started a two-week vacation at the "Anor" children's health camp in the Tashkent region. According to official information provided by the Russian Embassy in Uzbekistan, a ceremonial welcome ceremony for the children was held at Tashkent International Airport.
Participants in this event included Andrey Lanchikov, the Chargé d'Affaires of Russia in Uzbekistan, leaders of the Federation of Trade Unions of Uzbekistan, and representatives of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The embassy's statement emphasized that such a positive initiative is being implemented for the first time.
“We express our gratitude for the sincere assistance provided by the government of Uzbekistan. This project will leave unforgettable memories for the children.
Special thanks for the hospitality and warm relations,” it is stated. The "Anor" camp provides children with the opportunity to not only recover but also to make friends, get acquainted with different cultures, and spend enjoyable time in nature.
Educational and cultural programs, sports competitions, eco-tours, and creative activities will make the children's vacation even more meaningful and beneficial. This project serves not only to strengthen relations between the two countries but also to educate the younger generation in the spirit of cooperation, friendship, and tolerance.
The impressions that the children will take back will help deepen the connections between the countries. In the future, it is expected that such initiatives will be repeated many times and implemented on a broader scale, as the younger generation is the foundation of the future.
