Reasons for the divorce: criticized religious women

Archpriest Gennady Shkil, a representative of the Russian Orthodox Church, analyzed the main reasons for divorces in families, causing significant public debate. According to him, 80 percent of modern divorces occur due to women.

The reason for this is related to women's lack of natural emotional stability and patience. Gennady Shkil emphasized that women often misunderstand love.

For them, love is a combination of passion, romance, and emotions, and when these feelings fade, marriage becomes a burden. According to the priest, today's marriages are often based not on true love and loyalty, but on desire and initial emotional uplift.

Therefore, when emotions fade, especially women react impatiently to family problems. Shkil understands the "chemistry" in a woman's nature as qualities that maintain stability in the family, support the man, engage in sincere communication, and show tolerance.

These qualities are not sufficiently developed in modern women. Constantly expecting approval and demanding continuous joy from relationships weakens the family.

The archpriest calls on society, especially girls, to be educated about patience, loyalty, and inner world from childhood. According to him, the loss of these values while the number of divorces is increasing is a natural phenomenon.

There are various opinions on the topic: some criticize these views, while others consider them a reality of life. Nevertheless, it is important to debate and exchange views on these issues to stabilize the family environment.
