The "Aviapark" shopping center, located in Moscow and considered the largest shopping and entertainment complex in Europe, has been put up for sale. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
According to Pravilamag, its owners plan to sell the property for a price ranging from 100 to 120 billion rubles. Reports indicate that approximately half of this amount includes debt obligations.
Purchase offers have been sent to large investment companies and organizations operating in the field. "Aviapark" is located in the Khodinka Field area, near the CSKA metro station, and has a total area of approximately 400,000 square meters.
For this reason, it holds the status of the largest shopping and entertainment center in Europe. The complex was built in 2014 and is currently owned by the company "TVK “Aviapark”".
The owner of the company is Darkforest Holding Company, registered in Cyprus, according to information from December 2022. Interestingly, "Aviapark" was also put up for sale in 2017.
However, according to Marina Malakhatko, a representative of NF Group, the deal did not go through at that time due to a disagreement between the buyer and seller regarding the valuation of the property. Currently, a new buyer is being sought for the complex.
This sale is considered to be of great significance for one of the largest shopping and entertainment centers in Europe.
