Warning regarding the conflict at the Thailand-Cambodia border
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan has responded to the armed clashes that have occurred at the Thailand-Cambodia border. This was reported by Zamin.uz.

This incident poses a serious threat to stability in the Asia region. Therefore, the ministry has issued a special statement to ensure the safety of Uzbek citizens and to provide them with clear and prompt warnings.

According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, in response to the conflict at the border of the two countries, the ministry and our diplomatic missions are taking necessary measures to ensure the safety of our compatriots. So far, there have been no injuries or casualties among Uzbek citizens as a result of the armed clashes.

The main reason for urging Uzbek citizens not to travel to these areas is the instability of the situation and the presence of various threats. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs is closely monitoring the situation in Bangkok and other major cities in Cambodia.

Our compatriots are advised to regularly check official news and updates. Currently, the situation in Bangkok and other tourist centers is relatively stable, and safety is ensured for foreign tourists and the local population.

No serious threats or cases of injury have been reported in the area. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs calls on all parties to resolve the issue peacefully and to adhere to international law and national interests.

Our citizens are requested not to travel to the border with Cambodia and to continuously monitor information from official sources. These measures are important for ensuring public safety and strengthening diplomatic cooperation.

The ministry is currently conducting ongoing monitoring in cooperation with both countries to stabilize the situation and provide necessary assistance. Effective use of diplomatic mechanisms and the development of systematic relations are considered priority tasks.

Although the situation has not escalated at present, necessary military and diplomatic assistance is being provided to the region. Uzbek state agencies and emergency services are organizing evacuation processes in collaboration.

These processes are being carried out in harmony with diplomatic relations, and special attention is being paid to the safety of citizens. In conclusion, it is important to continuously study the situation and provide clear and understandable official information.

Ensuring the safety of our citizens and keeping them in stable conditions is the primary task of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan
