In France, young people are required to prepare for defense
Security issues have become one of the pressing problems in Europe. This was reported by Zamin.uz.

Serious reforms have begun in Paris regarding this matter. According to Le Monde, starting from the 2024-2025 academic year, young people aged 16 to 25 in France will be required to participate in the updated program of Defense and Civil Day.

This initiative aims to enhance the country's defense capabilities and prepare the younger generation for potential threats. The new program is considered an important step for the French army.

In it, countries like Russia are explicitly identified as potential enemies, and military training has been intensified. The main goal is to strengthen the spirit of patriotism among young people and to recruit them into the army.

Within the framework of the program, Defense and Civil Day will be conducted in a fully military environment. Young people will be trained based on scenarios of real conflicts and crisis situations, and the main tasks of the army will be explained through role-playing games and simulations.

According to program leader General Per-Joseph Givres, France needs to be prepared for a major military confrontation. While the army's tasks were primarily of an expeditionary nature before, the possibility of frontal confrontation with strong military rivals like Russia is now being considered.

Therefore, involving young people in the defense system in France represents a new phase in the country's security policy. Modernizing the army and preparing for new threats is one of the priority tasks for France.

Industry specialists and experts are closely monitoring the impact of these changes on the future security of the country.
