A 63-year-old Andrew Kuzik, living in the state of Georgia, USA, survived thanks to his dog Champ. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
Champ is a chihuahua breed and was born without two front paws due to a congenital disability. Nevertheless, he played a significant role in his owner's life twice.
One day, while Andrew was sitting in front of the television as usual, the dog approached him, placed his head under his hand where the heart is located, and made an unusual sound. After that, Andrew felt chest pain and immediately went to the hospital.
Doctors took him for emergency surgery. During the operation, his heart stopped twice, but the specialists managed to bring him back to life.
According to Andrew, if it weren't for Champ, he wouldn't be alive now. Additionally, Champ sensed a brain tumor in Andrew several years ago and helped him get a medical check-up.
As a result, cancer was diagnosed, and Andrew is being treated in the oncology department. Champ was abandoned by his previous owners due to his congenital defect, but Andrew adopted him and five other chihuahuas.
Andrew is very affectionate towards dogs, especially chihuahuas, and appreciates their loyalty and gentle hearts. Furthermore, there was also an incident in Switzerland where a chihuahua saved a tourist from falling into a crevice in the ice.
This small breed's loyalty and remarkable sensitivity once again confirm that they are valuable friends to humanity
