Texas does not sell property to citizens of China, Russia, and Iran

According to this law, citizens of China, Russia, Iran, and North Korea, as well as their companies, will not be able to purchase houses, land, or other properties in Texas. Additionally, they will not be able to obtain long-term leases.

This law has been introduced to ensure security. Officials emphasize that since the governments of these countries may exert pressure on the United States and cause harmful effects, Texas is taking measures to protect itself.

However, many criticize this decision. Chinese immigrants and human rights advocates consider this law unfair and discriminatory.

Moreover, some politicians are concerned about the negative impact of the law on business. Legal appeals have also been made, but so far the law remains in force.

Experts stress the need to address this issue not only at the state level but also nationwide. This restriction in Texas is part of a broader process occurring in the United States.

In recent years, other states have also adopted similar laws. This indicates the increasing political and economic tensions between the United States and China.
