Experts from the Visualcapitalist portal have prepared a new infographic on the average life expectancy of countries based on official data from the United Nations. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
The results of this analysis clearly show how much human life expectancy varies in different regions of the world. According to UN statistics, the highest life expectancy in the world is recorded in Monaco, where people live on average 86.5 years.
Also, at the top of the list are San Marino (85.8 years) and Hong Kong (85.6 years). In these countries, a high level of medical services, a healthy lifestyle, and economic stability are emphasized as the main factors for longevity.
Conversely, at the bottom of the list, it is noticeable that life expectancy is short in African countries. For example, in Nigeria, the average life expectancy is 54.6 years.
In Chad, this figure is 55.2 years, and in the Central African Republic, it is 57.7 years. Experts explain these low figures mainly by poverty, lack of medical services, and political instability.
Russia ranks 102nd in the world ranking with an average life expectancy of 73.3 years. This figure is lower than that of the USA (79.5 years) and China (78 years).
According to experts, the low life expectancy in Russia is influenced by problems in the healthcare system and the lifestyle of the population. The final conclusion is that life expectancy varies significantly across regions worldwide.
In developed countries, this figure is high, while in some developing countries, a decrease in life expectancy is observed. This situation is closely related to social and economic factors.
